Who handles your data

Project enquiries

With your agreement, we store the details you submit: name, email or phone, company, selected service, location, scope and any budget or timing. We use them to assess and respond to your project enquiry. Optional details are not required. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

AI conversations

Chat begins only after you agree to conversation storage and AI processing. Messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies using published Besto information. Chat messages and identifiers of the business records supplied to the model are stored with the conversation in Cloudflare D1. The AI may make mistakes; the Besto team must confirm quotations, availability and technical advice.

Storage and retention

Chat transcripts are automatically removed after 30 days. Session access expires after 24 hours. Enquiries are removed after 365 days under the website's default retention schedule. A daily cleanup runs these deletions. Besto may adjust its policy before launch and will update this notice. Cloudflare platform backups can have separate retention periods.

Deleting a conversation

Use Delete chat during an active session to remove its transcript. A separately submitted project enquiry remains because it has its own consent. If your session has expired, or you want an enquiry removed, contact Besto by email and identify your enquiry. We will verify the request before handling it.

Security and providers

Cloudflare hosts this website, D1 storage, AI processing and Turnstile spam protection. Data may be processed in infrastructure outside Bahrain. Verification uses network and browser information to deter abuse. The website stores short-lived, salted hashes of IP addresses for rate limiting, not raw IP addresses in D1. Chat access tokens stay in browser memory and are discarded on refresh.

Website analytics

We collect page-view counts, referral categories and approximate browser sessions to understand site usage. A random identifier is kept in tab session storage and hashed with a daily salt before D1 storage. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, URL queries, names or enquiry details in traffic analytics. Traffic data is retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection. Sessions are not unique people; browser blocking and automated traffic affect accuracy.

Your choices

You can browse without using chat or submitting an enquiry, and contact us by phone or email instead. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions. Turnstile verification is loaded when you use an enquiry form or open chat. Contact Besto to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information.
